To better serve our customers in these uncertain times, we have temporarily updated our return/exchange policy.
Any purchase placed in-store as of March 2, 2020 can be returned/exchanged within 60 days of stores re-opening. See terms and conditions below.
Purchases made online can be shipped to JordiBasFoto by mail for return. Please contact JordiBasFoto by email for instructions on how to return your purchase.

JordiBasFoto offers a 60-day refund and/or exchange for most merchandise. All items considered for refund or exchange must be returned in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials. After 60 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by a JordiBasFoto Manager.
Upon approval of a return the following conditions must be met prior to a refund or exchange:
- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a copy).
- The total will be refunded by your original method of payment or Bank Transfer.
- If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present.
JordiBasFoto does not accept for refund or exchange the following products:
- Open Software (seal is broken)
- Open computers and related peripherals
- Open Memory Cards
- Non-stocked special order items
Final Sale Items
Refunds or exchanges are not available on Final Sale Items, unless it can be proven that the item will not turn on, or does not function (DOA) at the time of receipt by the customer. Unless otherwise marked by a “Final Sale Item” tag or other similar marking, a product or service shall be identified as a Final Sale Item at the point of sale and prior to the completion of the sale. Items that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase, applicable to JordiBasFoto standard 60-day Exchange and Return Policy.
JordiBasFoto reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for missing or damaged merchandise, parts and packaging.
If JordiBasFoto Management determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all JordiBasFoto guidelines, JordiBasFoto reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. The fee charged may vary according to the item’s condition, the state of the item’s packaging and the item value. JordiBasFoto reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria.
This Return Policy does not apply to goods purchased via online auction.
Online purchases can be shipped to JordiBasFoto by mail for return. Please contact JordiBasFoto by e-mail (email@example.com) for instructions on how to return your purchase. Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days of JordiBasFoto receipt and an appropriate restocking charge applied. Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
